I don't shop on a regular schedule, just when I need things. Sometimes I stop in every few days, sometimes it's a week or more.

66 - my wife goes on a big trip on weekend and atkeast twice during week. My favorite 1 is when she says we need milk and comes back an hr later with half the store

I do shopping once a week but sometimes when I feel like cooking something, I buy the ingredients the same day.
