So with my fasting came a dramatic change in my sleep schedule(unrelated). My son had started overtime going in at 5 am so on Thursdays and Fridays I wake up at 345 to go to his house so my granddaughters can sleep then I get them up for school. Since that was the days I use to give my wife a break and let her sleep I decided to give her a break Monday thru Wednesday. So I was weighing in everyday by 4am instead of my usual 630 and losing 2hrs of sleep.. all week my weight showed no change , I was quite discouraged till today when I was actually able to sleep till 7 and jumped on scale to a pleasant minus 2 pound surprise. Here's hoping the trend continues this week
