Michelin is good as well as the other well known brand. However if you think about the quality to price, hankook tire is the best option. That's from South Korea.

There's one more well known Korean brand, Nexen, but I think Hankook tire has way better quality. So I recommend Hankook tire.

So much depends on your car and the type of driving that you do. Ask your local tire dealer ... they should give you a couple of options.
