Octopuses actually have six arms and two legs!

Just like animals that walk on two appendages, octopuses use their bottom two tentacles for walking and their top six tentacles for manipulating objects, including eating.

Unlike humans, octopuses don’t have a preference for one side over the other, so there’s no such thing as being left or right-tentacled for them!
