Yes, I stretch but not enough. I never did yoga but I would really like to try it and see if I like it and add it to my routine. Maybe do it 3 times a week.
12 - I try to do a yoga routine every morning that I can it's usually 3 to 4 days a week but when I put some days together I can feel the difference
I do most every morning now with my back giving me issues.
