Wow that's so bad... is it the new app?
已经超过三个星期了，我的账户一直出问题，无法正常使用，无法获取信息，也无法兑换我的金币，客服团队也一直没有回复。我希望一切都能恢复到以前的样子！！！我对此感到非常愤怒。

Do you have strong, fast Internet connection? I don't usually have issues using the feeds on the app unless I'm using a slow Wi-Fi, then it automatically redirects me to the website to post.

Are u in UK it's a right mess. I am totally fed up of it too.
