想问问大家平均每天睡几个小时？

 

我只睡了6个小时。

    20.92 - My sleep is always fractured. I sleep for a couple hours, get woke up, got back to sleep for a few more hours, wake up and eat breakfast with usually makes my stomach hurt so I lay down and end up falling asleep for an hour or so.

      20.93 - Altogether I probably get around 6 - 7 hours a night. Once a week I crash hard and sleep 8 - 10 hours straight through. Its my 'catch-up' day.
