    It's not common, but I have had it. It's heavy and calorie dense. Not something I can eat often. If I were to make it, an air fryer and light on the cheese would be good. More beans, salsa, and guacamole.

      Yeah it's just fried potatoes, goes well with all the other ingredients. Fried potatoes go with most anything!
