有人遇到过账户被冻结的情况吗?我有将近15000个币,但每次想兑换优惠券时,都显示账户被冻结了。我几乎一个月前就给客服发邮件了,但一直没人回复。我该怎么办?谢谢大家的解答。

    My account isn't suspended but I can't access it on the community so might as well be suspended as you can't join challenge. This is a new account.My old account I logged in via Facebook and now it's just locked. I have no advice but mutual sympathy at the crap update. Keep trying and maybe one day it might be resolved
