我第一次配了矫正鞋垫。

 

医生告诉我第一天戴一个小时左右（或者直到感觉不舒服为止）。第二天戴两个小时（或者直到感觉不舒服为止）。以此类推，直到我可以整天佩戴而不会感到不适为止。

 

说实话，感觉还不错。自从拿到它们之后，我几乎一整天都戴着。希望这意味着我只是很快适应了它们，而不是我拿到了次品（或者说安慰剂矫正鞋垫）。

    I've always been told that a properly fitting shoe shouldn't need a 'get used to it' / 'break it in' phase.   But, honestly, I've never had a pair that feels great from day one either lol
I'd say you got a good pair!!

      So, these are orthotics which serve as a replacement for the insoles of the shoes. Their custom fitted, so it sounds like the should just be fine, but I was told that they could take some getting used to.

      I did hurt my feet recently. Apparently this is, at least partly, due to the way the I walk and run. So the orthotics are meant to help me with that.

    Enjoy your orthotics, hope they stay comfortable for you.

      I hope that they do too. Even more, I hope that they help me to not injure my feet again.
