已经过去一周了,我还没有收到我赚取的礼品卡,状态显示仍在处理中,我该如何联系到相关人员?

    Go to the home page. Top left corner there are three lines.. click onto that.. once in there go to the setting icon. You will see contact us.. email them from there .. be aware they do takes a long time to answer. Goodluck

    My gift card has been processing for over 2 weeks now.  Have emailed support multiple times with no response.  Hope you have better luck than me!
