Yes, some people are saying 10 days.. if it is taking too long I would email support team for an explanation.

One of mine took 7 days. I just read another post that someone is waiting 2 weeks. Fingers crossed for you

Mine has been processing for 2 weeks as well. Have emailed support multiple times but no response. Very frustrating!!
