优质食用油

 

我已经好几年没用植物油和廉价橄榄油做饭了。现在我用的是优质橄榄油、芝麻油,有时也用椰子油、优质黄油和酥油。我发现食物的味道有了显著的提升。每种油都有其独特的风味。我喜欢用橄榄油烤面包,用酥油做爆米花,用芝麻油炒菜和做装饰。

    I've using EVOL and avocado oil a lot. I keep coconut oil around as well. I'll have to try ghee for popcorn. I love butter flavor.

      Ghee will add that butter flavor without sogging up the popcorn, and it also has a higher smoke point so you can use it to pop the kernels as well (inadvisable to pop with normal butter)

    I use olive oil most of time.
