我通常送女儿们上校车后就睡不着了。今天可能就是那种特别难熬的日子。我最近开始吃新药，吃完之后特别困！啊啊啊

It's always best to get rest, because sometimes kids can drain a lot of energy out of you to the point you just feel overwhelmed
