不良姿势

最近我脖子和背都疼。我觉得是因为我的姿势不好。用电脑或手机的时候姿势不对,就会觉得脖子和肩膀疼。而且我睡觉的时候喜欢趴着睡而不是仰卧,所以背也疼。

 

我认为拉伸运动可能有助于缓解我的症状,但我只喜欢徒步旅行。

 

最近我一直很担心这个问题……

    I have this problem as well, my mom makes me do these “wall sit” for 5 mins at a time where I go up to a wall and slide down it until I can bend my knees at a 90 degree angle and then hold that position for a few minutes. It really helps my back and it might help you as well!
