Taking my coins!!

I'm getting tired of this app taking my coins!! Every single time I get close to 10k coins it knocks me back down to a lil over 9k coins! Who can I talk to about this issue?? Super annoying! Been trying to save them up to help out a lil with Xmas but how can I when it won't let me get past 10k coins? Anyone else ever have their coins go down? This happens to me all the time.
