What should I do?

So I have $5 worth of points and I was trying to redeem a reward right until I received a message below stating that my account was suspended. I could not have possibly done anything to cause this. I even tried contacting but it said 'set up your account' on the Mail App? What is the Mail App? (unless it is the app that your address uses)

I even tried using Gmail to contact the support email of this app, and still no response. Is there anything else I should do instead?
