Maybe reinstall. Did you do the setup? It's been a couple months for me but during setup it asked me questions And then automatically added the steps. My issue is going into the app to collect the coins. You have to go in and hit collect to watch a video to collect them. I hope this helps and you have gotten it working.

Yeah i didn't get home in time from work last night so I missed the chance to collect all 10 boxes...kinda dissapointing. You would think when u collect them on your lock screen that would be at least 1 coing each. It's not really fair for people who work late and can't take the time to watch the videos. I wish there was an app that gave you a.point for each step. I walk anywhere between 7-12 miles and day at work. I work at a dog daycare! I knew the fur babies gave me a work out but didn't realize I took that many steps a day until downloading this app. Do you wear a smart watch? I have a cheap one but doesn't work well. Was gonna get a better one but looking for recommendations before spending the money. If you have any suggestions?
I agree about getting the coins when hitting from the lock screen. During the day when taking a break or whatever I have tried to remember doing the boxes during the day instead of doing them all at night. It's just easier when going to bed and rewinding. I do not have a smart watch. I have this app and a Google app that does my steps. I just have to always make sure I take my phone with me or in my pocket. That's awesome you walk so much. I definitely do not. I am working on increasing my steps. What a great job. I volunteer at my local animal shelter.
I just realized that we have to click to collect coins ON THE LOCK SCREEN. Not by opening the app. That was not explained clearly in the tutorial video.
You have to put your phone in your pocket or it won’t count your Steps
Have you tried clicking on the lock screen treasure chest? Took me a couple of days to figure that out, one click for each point.
Could walk all morning get 3-5 coins. When they do start make sure clear before 12am midnight. Are you lose them.
