I don't usually go to Starbucks. When I go, I like to order vanti Oat Latte that includes oat beverage, steamed hot, and espresso roast sbots. They have a full nutrition and ingredient list available for you. You can customize for your own preference. You can also order it for home delivery. 

Venti has 591 ml having 240 calories with 9 grams of sugar and 11 grams of fat. 

The price is $7.24 for hot and $7.35 for cold. It is s bit high. But you won't regret when you try it.
