康普茶 - 混合#16-16

一位朋友向我介绍了康普茶,他告诉我康普茶必须用玻璃器皿盛装,并且必须一直冷藏。我点了四种口味的康普茶,他们用一个隔热盒精心包装,所有康普茶都装在玻璃瓶里。

到目前为止,我对健康不太了解,可能是因为一开始没有明确的目标。我只是喝碳酸饮料和苏打水。我只剩下一瓶姜汁汽水了。我不知道该不该继续点,有点贵。

 

到目前为止,我发现康普茶是一种富含酶、益生菌和有机酸的发酵茶。它最初于公元前221年在中国满洲被发现,因其有益健康。后来它传到了日本、俄罗斯和德国。20世纪90年代它传入美国。

    I have heard of kombucha before so I decided to buy myself some and they were delicious! 😍Although some didn't quite make my taste buds happy I enjoyed most of them! 😋🔥Maybe I'll buy my favorites again soon!
