Dumb bells are my go to fitness equipment. They come in a variety of weights. They also come in a variety of colors. If you are a serious athlete they can get pricy. If you are new to working out or just trying to maintain muscle then there are cheaper options too. My dumbbells are from the 80s so they can last a long time.
