Adjustable dumbbells

These are the best thing we have ever bought for our home gym in our garage.

 

Both myself and my husband can use them as they go from 2.5kgs up to 24kgs.

 

They take seconds to adjust and are very robust. 

 

We have had them 4 years now and both of us use them at least 5 times a week so they've had a lot of use!! 

 

If they get stuff or hard to adjust we just spray them with a bit of silicone spray and then they are as good as new.
