Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and shrimp back to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
