午饭吃什么?

我正在努力恢复低碳水化合物/无加工食品(或至少少吃加工食品)的饮食习惯,所以今天的午餐是自制鸡肉沙拉、一个大红苹果和切达奶酪。

 

我男朋友用这些餐具的时候,我总是开玩笑说它们是他的。幼儿餐盘但它今天很适合我当午餐。
