意大利面,但不是意面

我一两年前第一次尝试了意大利面瓜,就爱上了它!如果烹饪得当,它的口感真的和普通意大利面很像,而且几乎没有味道,所以是一种很棒的低碳水化合物替代品。

 

我通常搭配肉酱意大利面,但偶尔也会用鸡肉或虾仁代替番茄底料做成阿尔弗雷多酱。

      Not sure what you mean. This is spaghetti squash, a vegetable, instead of pasta.

      It's really good, Jay. The hardest part is cutting the squash in half so you can bake it.
