I know, I know! I love it!! For me, it is difficult and takes a long time to cook. That is why I only eat it on special days such as parties :)
我姐姐给我们做了韩式杂菜（japchae），就是用土豆淀粉做的面条。做法很简单，先把牛肉、甜椒、香菇、鸡蛋和菠菜用芝麻油炒香，然后加入面条，再淋上酱油、糖和蒜蓉。这是我最喜欢的韩国料理之一。
