我姐姐给我们做了韩式杂菜(japchae),就是用土豆淀粉做的面条。做法很简单,先把牛肉、甜椒、香菇、鸡蛋和菠菜用芝麻油炒香,然后加入面条,再淋上酱油、糖和蒜蓉。这是我最喜欢的韩国料理之一。
