我从来都不是一个喜欢运动的人。我连俯卧撑和引体向上都做不了,但我丈夫喜欢锻炼。我付不起健身房的会员费,但我想开始变得更健康,这样我们就可以一起做更多的事情了。我该从哪里开始呢?
