7000 coins and cannot take award

I already contacted but no answer I received. 

I have more than 7000 coins, I want to take the refuelling gasoline award, but the app blocked me. It asks for account verification, and when I insert my phone number, replys I'm already verified and I cannot take the award. 

Is there someone can help me?
