Who has instructions on how to lose weight or tone up their body? I heard various stories and not sure if they actually work.

Confusing your metabolism (eating normal carbs on day 1, low carbs day 2, day 1, day 2) is a good way to lose weight and getting steps in and working out helps you tone up!
I found that exercise is key. I lost over 100 lbs within a couple years. I walked. I listened to music and walked. You feel better and you accomplish a goal. Keep it up!

I've looked at this, it's about eating between certain hours in the day a lot of people 10am and 6pm and the rest of the time you fast

It's supposed to be very good for weight loss
I, so far have not seen a yo-yo effect with myself because i'm still eating the food that I want to, just during certain hours of the day.
