我产后三个半月了,还在哺乳。最近我开始慢慢恢复运动。我必须确保摄入足够的热量,以便为宝宝提供足够的奶水,同时还要弥补我额外步行的损失。最近我又转回了鱼素,因为我之前的素食不太适合我。你最喜欢的鱼素食谱有哪些?

    It's been a while since I made it but there's a simple recipe of cutting up some veggies (maybe tomatoes, onions, bell pepper) and you wrap that in foil with the fish and just bake it in the oven. You can add whatever seasonings you like to it too.
    Also sometimes just a plain fillet of salmon seasoned with lemon pepper.

    I'm not pesctarian but one of the things that I would eat when I was newly postpartum was a lot of oatmeal! Helped keep up my milk Supply as well!

      Oh really!? Just plain oatmeal? I don't particularly like it, but I'll eat it with fruit.
