     I practice self-care in my daily life, by making sure I always get 7-8 hours of sleep every day, by making it a priority to get some type of exercise in, and also by doing some relaxing face masks every once in a while. 
    
    An activity that helps me unwind and recharge is staking a stroll on my skateboard!!

    I wish I had time for self care time.  But it's next to impossible in my life.  I have a 3 year old and soon to be 13 year old and a 39 year old other half that is worse then both the kids combined.
