膳食准备

我最近想重新开始准备饭菜,因为这样或许能让我更好地控制饮食。我想问问大家有没有什么好点子或者自己常做的菜谱。

    I use always the same menu for lunch from Monday to Friday 
    
    Monday 60 g basmati rice w/ 200 g chicken breast
    Tuesday 250 g peas and 200 g turkey 
    Wednesday 60 g basmati rice w/2 boiled eggs and a can of tuna
    Thursday 60 g basmati rice w/minced meat 
    Friday Greek salad w/chickpeas, cucumber, fera cheese, tomatoes, olives and cut onion
