你们都尝试过哪些自我提升的方式?

从今年年初开始,我就一直努力多出门走走,每天都尽量多散步。这虽然不算什么大的改变,但确实让我保持了活力,也让我有了一些独处的时间。我偶尔会练习瑜伽和冥想,但还在努力养成每天坚持的习惯。你们呢?

    I like walking. Do lots of steps. But also in work my steps count :)

    I have taken on a couple more cleaning jobs, as am gaining weight on medication and have been told to do more exercise and less food....so let's see if the medical peeps are right 🤔🤔

    I'm trying to workout when I have the time to, I try to walk a lot and I also reduce the amount of sugar I'm eating everyday so that I don't gain weight

    I've been trying to just do a bit better than before. I'm eating less and exercising more. So far, so good. I've managed to lose some weight and build a bit of muscle.

    Due to me getting extremely obese and my peripheral neuropathy pain went from just being in my feet getting outta control in my hips and legs now I need to make a change.
