78- I also have decided to jog again. I do not know how I will hold up but definitely gotta push myself .. been outta jiu-jitsu for 10 years now , time just flew by
今天早上我决定要更积极主动一些,刚慢跑/散步回来。我本来想至少跑20分钟,但只坚持了11分4秒就不得不回家了。我已经快两个月没练拳击了,因为很多私事耽搁了,很难抽出时间去上课。今天我的身体明显感觉到了疲劳,因为我还患有纤维肌痛,实在撑不住了。所以现在决定在瑜伽垫上做一些居家练习!
