感恩日记

感恩日记是一种个人日记,你可以定期记录自己感恩的事情。这种做法属于积极心理学,通常被称为“数算自己的幸福”。它的目的是关注生活中积极的方面,这些方面可以是简单的快乐,比如阳光明媚的日子或一顿美餐,也可以是更重要的事件或对你的生活产生影响的人。

 

通过持续关注这些积极的经历,你可以转变思维方式,更加珍惜并留意身边的美好事物。这会带来诸多益处,例如改善心理健康、改善睡眠质量以及巩固人际关系。

 

以下是有三件事令我感激。

 

1)我感谢父母无条件的爱,在我需要他们的时候他们总是在我身边。

2)我很感激能嫁给我最好的朋友和我一生挚爱。

3)我非常感激我的儿子成长为现在这样的男人,并为此感到自豪。

    I absolutely love the idea of a gratitude journal! Focusing on the positive aspects of life and expressing gratitude can be incredibly powerful in shifting one's mindset and improving mental health.
    
    For me, there are 3 things I am truly grateful for every day:
    
    1. The love and support of my family and friends, who have always been there for me through thick and thin.
    2. Having a roof over my head and food on the table, which are basic necessities that many people in the world do not have access to.
    3. Having the opportunity to pursue my passions and explore new things every day.
