锻炼前食物

 

我做的沙拉。

鸡胸肉

藜麦

牛油果🥑

烤鸡蛋🥚

罗马生菜🥬

番茄🍅

豆子🫘

辣椒粉🫑等。

每次锻炼后,我都会从冰箱里拿出一个来吃。

做的时候很费劲,但吃的时候很有成就感。

我喜欢用希腊酸奶做沙拉酱。

我一天吃两到三次这种沙拉。
