我最喜欢的锻炼前例行活动

我非常喜欢以去健身房开始新的一天。

所以在锻炼之前,我会用以下方法准备我的身体:

喝了一杯热柠檬水,然后吃了一片涂了花生酱的全麦面包和一个牛油果。

这真的激励我在健身房努力训练。

我还会带一升冷水,加一点柠檬汁和两勺蛋白粉。我会在锻炼间隙喝这种奶昔来保持水分。
