When my parents splurged, we would get chicken cordon bleu and chocolate chip cookies. It wasn't often, but something to look forward to!

Chocolate and coconut sounds good. I don't know that I've ever seen that combination in an ice cream. It sounds like an almond joy bar, which I enjoy! And any fall flavor is yummy!
