我的每日步数计数器一夜之间没有清空，这种情况已经持续两天了。有人遇到过这个问题吗？该如何解决？

    94 - mine just did that today for 1st time . I hope it's not longer than that. I have an android , going to check for an update in app store see if there's anything there

    Might need to go into your phone settings and clear the app cache or the apps of other apps (like youtube or facebook) you use alot as the processing space maybe full and not allowing it fully function. Also check your phones internet history. That cache may need clearing as well. The restart your phone and see if that helps.

      My phone def slows down when I'm using this app 😉.  I clear my stuff regularly

      Not going to say that it's necessarily this app but something is eating up space and power on your phone and that might be why some of functions, like counter resetting isn't working.

    I see that a lot of folks are experiencing the same thing, but mine is fine.  Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  That seems to work for some issues.
