I've been looking. Not sure where that's located. My settings doesn't give a Customer support option.

Go to your Home page. Press the 3 horizontal lines in upper left. Press the Gear icon. Go down to Contact Us. Write up support issue.

They did an update. You have to uninstall the app, then install again. I had the same problem. My coins didn't count for 3 days in a roll. I uninstalled, and then installed and it fixed that problem.
