之前我发过几篇帖子,说我上次兑换礼品卡时遇到了问题,卡在“处理中”状态超过一周了——现在我必须分享一下,我已经联系上了CASHWALK的客服团队,他们帮我解决了礼品卡“处理中”的问题。今天我又顺利兑换了一张5美元的亚马逊礼品卡。一切恢复正常啦!!!耶!!!!我太感谢他们了,因为这个app真的大大提高了我走路和锻炼的动力。虽然它的初衷是为了健康而不是为了礼品卡,哈哈,但app出问题的时候,我的动力真的大大降低了。
