我等了好几周都没收到5美元的亚马逊礼品卡,每天都显示“处理中”。今天我尝试再次提现购买另一张亚马逊礼品卡,却失败了,系统仍然显示“还在处理我之前的礼品卡”。这是怎么回事?我之前所有的提现都是即时到账的。请告诉我问题出在哪里,谢谢!鲍比·库萨德

    To contact support, from the home screen touch the icon with three lines at the top left, then touch the gear icon on the top right and one of the choices there will be to contact support. After you do that, you will see your contact in your sent items of your email. Hope this helps Bobbie, Good luck.

    Update: 5 hours ago they released my gift card (and sent me an apologetic email)! Writing to support 5 or 6 times worked! Have patience and keep trying, they may be short staffed.
