Several of us are having the same issue.
有人在兑换礼品卡时遇到过无法收到验证码短信的情况吗？这已经是我第二次兑换奖励时遇到问题了。第一次我发了好几封邮件，花了一周多的时间才解决，但之后就一直很顺利。今天又出现了不同的问题，错误信息也不同。我喜欢这个应用，所以我不想说太多负面的话，只是想问问有没有其他人遇到过类似的问题，或者他们有没有解决办法。谢谢！
