Contact customer support, mention that your gift card is still processing and for how long, they will help you with it. I had to do this with one of mine and they took care of it. On average it's 24-48 hours on response time but it might be sooner or a little longer but they will take care of you.

Don't contact customer support - they are non existent on this app.   
I had one redemption take about 5 days to receive.  It was a bit nerve wracking.   The ones after that I got right away, so I don't know why that one took so long.  If it happens again, I'm going to be done with the app.
