I sometimes have to restart my phone for it to correct. You've probably already tried that
今天我走了36547步，但这破应用只显示30549步，少了5999步。这差距太大了，我实在无法接受。我知道很多人都遇到过同样的问题，但似乎没有办法解决。这个应用没有同步选项，无法与我的健康应用同步（我的健康应用步数记录很准确），而且它好像只兼容某个特定品牌的智能手表，但我既没有那个品牌的手表，也不打算买。
我真不应该为了确保步数能被正确记录而不得不买新手机和手表。如果这个问题不解决，我就卸载这个垃圾应用。我每天的步数都很多（通常超过10000步），我玩这个应用只是为了奖励。如果奖励都不能正常发放，我就不玩了。

Well if you had 36,000 and only 30,000 calculated you can only get coins up to 20,000 steps anyways. Which is 200 coins. (That is if you have an android. I believe iPhones only give coins up to 10,000)
Phoenix AckermanI think you missed the point of the post. The point was that this app doesn't count steps accurately and therefore doesn't reward accurately. If you're going to add that there's a limit, then what you're saying is another strike against the app: they're also purposefully lying to get more people to use the app? See how that doesn't help your case at all?

If you are using a watch to track could it be that the watch is tracking your hand movements and not actual steps?

Doubtful. My watch and phone are extremely accurate. I can count out 100 steps and my watch and phone will match exactly.
