Has someone stole my account?

When I tried to open the app it said I needed to log in. I selected sign in with Facebook because I couldn't remember  a password. After logging in this is not my account. It is not my email and I cannot change it. I also cannot log out of this account. I deleted the app and reloaded. This didn't work either. So how do I get back to my account with my money?
