我没有收到礼品卡钱

我买了一张5000金币的苹果礼品卡。像往常一样，我以为能马上用掉。可是，今天不行！它显示我的奖励正在等待处理，而不是礼品卡被发送到奖励类别。有人知道发生了什么吗？任何帮助或联系我都将不胜感激！谢谢
