一周快结束的时候,你们是如何保持动力的?我发现自己周一、周二和周三都能坚持锻炼,但到了周末,尤其是临近周末的时候,动力就会迅速下降。求助大家分享一些技巧和窍门,谢谢!:)

    I actually prefer to work out Monday, Tuesday and Fridays, Saturday. I try to pace myself and go for walk on days I don't work out.
