我又失败了 *与 Cashwalk 互动 #18* 第 7 天

我又失败了

 

这已经是我连续第二天没能完成八月份两万步的目标了。昨天我只走了可怜的1.4万步,今天又走了4千步,最终只走了1.8万步。

 

今天是我第三次没能达到每日2万步的目标。如果我想平均每天走2万步,就得加倍努力了。我能做到吗?

 

我年纪太大了

 

今天最令人欣慰的是,我竟然能正常跑完1分钟。这1分钟跑得非常酣畅淋漓。除了大约29年前在坎波弗朗西亚参加跑步比赛获得第三名之外,我感觉自己比以往任何时候都要好得多。

 

但对于一个48岁半的人来说,这仍然很不错!🌱

    Seriously 10,000+ steps is a good goal.  I find when I do 14,000 steps or more my planters fasciitis acts up.

    15-18k is pretty good. Just push yourself a little bit at a time.. continues with your good work.

    I am 26, will be 27 next month and I struggle to run for 1 minute. Every person's body is different and we all have our limits. Your walking steps are amazing! I'm lucky if I reach that amount.
