养成每日作息习惯

我每天早上先喝蛋白奶昔当早餐,然后做一些拉伸运动。下班后,除了周五健身房关门早之外,我每天都会去健身房。工作日我会做力量训练,周末早餐前做有氧运动。我制定了每日或每周的训练计划,并努力将其养成习惯。
